How we work

A shared approach to care

At The Strengths Centre, our clinicians provide strengths-based, neuroaffirming psychological and NDIS support for children, young people, adults, and families in Hornsby and surrounding areas. While each clinician brings their own background and areas of interest, we share a common commitment to thoughtful, ethical, and person-centred care.
Where appropriate, we work alongside families, carers, schools, and other support providers to ensure psychological and disability support is consistent, practical, and well connected to everyday life.
