Strengths-based NDIS supports aligned with individual goals

As a registered NDIS provider, The Strengths Centre delivers a range of NDIS-funded psychological and disability supports designed to build capacity, wellbeing, and independence across everyday life.
Our NDIS services include:
  • Therapeutic supports (psychology)
  • Behaviour support
  • Early childhood supports (ages 0–9)

NDIS Therapeutic Supports – Psychology

As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver capacity-building psychological supports designed to enhance emotional wellbeing, relationships, daily functioning, and independence.
Therapeutic supports may include:
  • Emotional regulation strategies
  • Social and communication skills
  • Managing sensory and environmental stressors
  • Confidence and self-advocacy
  • Strength-based planning for home, school, or community life
We also collaborate with families, schools, support coordinators, and other providers to ensure holistic, coordinated care.

NDIS Behaviour Support

We provide compassionate, person-centred behaviour support for individuals of all ages. Our approach is non-judgmental, non-ABA, and grounded in understanding the function of behaviour through a neuroaffirming, contextual lens.
Services include:
  • Functional Behaviour Assessments
  • Individualised Behaviour Support Plans
  • Coaching and implementation support
  • Monitoring and ongoing review
All programs are overseen by registered psychologists and delivered by accredited NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioners.

NDIS Early Childhood Supports (0–9 years)

Our Early Childhood team works closely with families to nurture developmental growth, emotional regulation, communication, and independence.
Support may include:
  • Developmental skill building
  • Early communication and social engagement
  • Play-based learning and play therapy–informed approaches
  • Regulation and co-regulation strategies
  • Parent coaching and individualised parenting programs
  • School readiness and transition support
Services are fun, flexible, and grounded in relationships.
