Perinatal Mental Health Support

Online support for neurodivergent women and birthing parents

Psychological support during pregnancy and early parenting

The Strengths Centre provides online psychological support for neurodivergent women and birthing parents during pregnancy and early parenting, up to when their youngest child is four years old.
This service supports mild to moderate mental health concerns in a gentle, accessible, and neuroaffirming way.
We support with:
  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional changes
  • Identity shifts and masking fatigue
  • Sensory overload and executive functioning challenges
  • Bonding, routines, and early relationships
  • Adjusting to life with a baby or young child
This service is delivered online and is available at a low cost. Medicare rebates may be accessed with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP, and our team can help guide you through this process.
