Our services

Child and youth mental health services

Strengths-based psychological support for ages 3 to 30 with mild to moderate mental health concerns.

Psychological support for children, young people, and young adults

The Strengths Centre provides strengths-based psychological support for children, adolescents, and young adults, aged 3 to 30, experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns.
Our work is collaborative and developmentally informed, supporting young people in ways that feel safe, respectful, and meaningful.
We commonly support young people with:
  • Anxiety and worry
  • Low mood or depression
  • Emotional regulation
  • Social and school challenges
  • Identity development and neurodivergent wellbeing
  • Adjustment to life transitions
Our work integrates evidence-based interventions with art therapy, play-informed therapy, and developmentally appropriate approaches that help clients express themselves in ways that feel natural, joyful, and safe.
