About Daniel

Daniel is a registered psychologist and clinical registrar with experience working across education, forensic, disability, and clinical settings. He supports children, adolescents, and adults with a broad range of psychological, emotional, and behavioural concerns, bringing a thoughtful and grounded approach to his work.
He has a particular interest in working with men and boys, especially around emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, stress, identity development, and behavioural challenges. Daniel aims to provide a calm, practical, and respectful therapeutic space where people feel able to speak openly, develop insight, and build skills that support day-to-day functioning and emotional wellbeing.
Daniel values collaborative work and takes time to understand each person in context, recognising the influence of family, school, work, and broader systems on mental health.
Daniel also has a strong interest in psychological assessment and provides comprehensive assessments for a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, attention concerns, anxiety, and mood-related presentations. His approach to assessment is clear and collaborative, with a focus on helping individuals and families understand strengths, challenges, and practical next steps.
His therapeutic style is trauma-informed and evidence-based. Daniel works collaboratively with clients, families, and, where appropriate, schools or other professionals, with an emphasis on understanding behaviour in context and supporting realistic, sustainable change over time. He welcomes referrals for both therapy and assessment.
